• All custom items are non-refundable. 
• Items are handmade, some imperfections may be there.
• If there is an issue with my order, I will contact the business directly. 
• Turnaround time is 7-20 business days (not including shipping). 
• Any delays will be communicated. 
• I will approve the design before production begins. 
• Full payment must be made before production begins
• If I make a deposit, I will pay the remaining balance within 30 days. 
• Deposits are non-refundable
